Thai Yoga Body Work Certification: October 17-19 & 24-26 Friday-Sunday Fridays: 5:00pm-8:00pm Saturday and Sundays 10:00am-5:00pm Thai Yoga Massage is a healing exchange of energy, intention and kindness. This traditional practice has its roots in Thailand and also pulls from classic yoga breathing, energy exchange, and buddhist metta mindfulness. In this course you will learn specific techniques that will enable you to provide the complete total body massage including: feet, legs, hips, back, belly, shoulders, neck, arms, and face. You will learn how to use your body to reduce tension, inflammation and over use injuries.
