Strength training has numerous benefits, including Improved metabolism, reduced body fat, Increased Lean tissue, improved bone density, and greater balance. Strength training also stimulates the release of endorphins that act as natural pain relievers, elevate mood, and reduce anxiety.   For this class: You will need light and heavier hand weights from 2-10lbs.  If you have at least one pair of lighter weights (2-3lbs) and one pair of heavier weights(5-10lbs), you will be all set!  Sign Up |
