Part 2: Saturday March 16th 1:00-3:00 PM
In this workshop you will learn flows that go beyond typical vinyasa. Incorporating chigung, functional fitness, authentic movement, somatic experiences, and balance into your repertoire. You will have time on your own to incorporate what you have learned into new flows, and then with small groups and finally sharing your creative flows to the larger group to gain experience, receive feedback, and enjoy the support of your fellow teaching community.
Participants ideally should have some preliminary exposure to a few of the modalities of movement listed above in order to jump into incorporating them. If you would like to learn more about these modalities please attend the full day.
